A paranoid schizophrenic, who stabbed mental health worker Ashleigh Ewing aged 22 to death has threatened to kill the Queen.

Ms Ewing was found dead with 39 wounds in Dixon's kitchen on 22 May 2006. she had just graduated in psychology the summer before her death.
Dixon, who believed he was Henry VIII's son, was also arrested last year outside Buckingham Palace for threatening to kill the Queen .

To prevent, society should kill? Maybe I can find a doctor that gives an expert's evidence about your state of mind on the basis of these texts ... and "Chopp it off" ...

Judge people by their actions and deal accordingly.
Rrrraaahh, I used this example to illustrate the difficulty about the decision, from what grade of insanity onwards the chop-off is to take place. Sometimes I am insane too, obviously nobody chopped my head off. And I did not stab people.
Maybe that changes in the day, when superdriller stays here on ruining my library ...
