The parents had been out celebrating New years eve , they had left their 5 year-old daughter Ellie with her 46 year-old granny, when they returned Ellie asked to stay on with her granny.Also living with the grandmother is Kiel Simpson, 24 Ellie's uncle who had a pit bull terrier, only the grandmother and Ellie were home.

The grandmother Jackie Simpson found Ellie bleeding to death in the living room she had been biten round the arms and legs, she managed to get the dog outside, there was nothing that could be done for the gurl.

Pit bulls have been illegal in Britain for the past 15 years the uncle knew this as Pit bulls are the preferred dog for drug dealers and he had a serious conviction for drugs trafficking in the past, he was warned about the dog's behaviour in June and said he'd keep it outside which is not good enough.

The dog was shot by police when they couldn't take it safely from the house, Kiel Simpson was sentenced to 8 weeks for the offense, he showed no emotion as the sentence was passed.

Eight weeks? well its not like it was a serious thing like drunk driving that led to someone's death or having an illegal gun in the house which the gurl shot herself with. C'mon the fuck 8 weeks for his poor judgement resulting in the death of his neice, like this chav will give a fuck, he might get some new connections and it might be good for business. The mother Ellie's mother Lindsay said about the dog:"It would look in and I could see it was jealous because it was outside and she was in, it was common knowledge for the dog not to come in. Everybody knew what it could do if it got a child."

Ellie's father, Darren Lawrenson, said :
"The dog's eyes were just evil, anyone who came into contact with it would say it looked evil."
He called Jackie Simpson "stupid" and said he wanted people to know she was to blame for Ellie's death.

Simpson who had taken drugs and alcohol that day had mentioned how she wanted rid of the dog before it mauled Ellie which is why it was banished outside, she denys the charge of manslaughter.

Its all so regrettable and all so avoidable, poor Ellie paid the ultimate price for her family being fuckwits, the Da can blame Simpson all he wants but he is to blame too if he thought that way about the dog and the grandmother as is Ellie's mother to blame also.
Like the McCanns they put their own needs first and made excuses to justify it , that's not being a parent.
