Hiker Goes Missing

Meredith Emerson a 24-year-old gurl who was hiking on New years day with her black Labrador retriever in Chattahoochee National Forest,Georgia, USA has gone missing. Her car, water bottle and leash were found at the base of Blood Mountain .

Emerson is an experienced hiker who has a blue belt in martial arts. Martial arts huh? I wonder if that gave her a false sense of ability, many think they can handle themselves but really fights are won by who wants to win the most, luck and cunning. A blue belt is nothing. Sure ability and strength can play into it if the fight is unequal.

Police are trying to find Gary Michael Hilton, who was seen with Emerson several times on New Year's Day. They said Hilton, who is in his 60s, drives a 2000-2001 white Chevy Astro van.

Not that he's a suspect ,he is somebody that was last seen talking to her and last seen with her, the fact that he drives a van has nothing to do with it I'm sure.

Yep a van duct tape and rope and some aqua dots, I'm ready to lean on the creep.
Firstly, Blood Mountain? who in their right mind goes near a place named that? just recently another young woman who was also an experienced hiker got bite in the bum by a bear and a friends dog saved her.

Its like people go out of their way to go to secluded places so they can be put in danger. Just because the scenery is beautiful doesn't make it a good idea to go there alone. There has been numerous serial killers around the world operating in national parks.

I hope they find the gurl safe and sound with her wee doggie but seriously gurls, its a wild world, its hard to get by upon a smile gurl.
I'm not saying weemen should wrap themselves up in bubble wrap, I'm sure feminists would take me apart if I dared to say that young gurls and weemen are vulnerable targets, wait a minute they are. The fact is they need to be protected, by parents, family or friends and should always be on alert, some old guy in his 60's can still be strong enough and cunning enough to trick a young naive woman who saw him as a father figure or an uncle type to let her guard doon. Common sense and a healthy dose of paranoia.
Meredith is the name of the of the British gurl who was murdered in Spain recently. I hope this isn't another one as that name now carries connotations such as the name Madelene. Too many I say.
